A motor bracket of a ventilation fan is provided to lengthen service life by preventing damage to the plating of a plate and a pipe member by omitting a welding process. A motor bracket of a ventilation fan comprises: a plate(20) in which a coupling hole is formed; a saw tooth part(21a) formed in the inner side of the coupling hole; a space part(22) formed under the coupling hole; and an extension part(12a) passing through the back-end of a pipe member(10). In the coupling hole, the back-end of the pipe member is inserted. In the coupling hole, the back-end is coupled through an extension part.
