<p>The closure has a moving part, for e.g. a flap (18) or door and a dormant part that is a body (38), with a lock (12) on a flap of the vehicle and a closing part on the other. The closing device (40) is effective before releasing or during the release of a latch (15) by a jack (20). The latch is moved back gradually towards opened position (15.1) in the opposite direction to the previous closing phase in a resetting phase.</p>
