A method for manufacturing hybrid dip cord and a radial tire using the same are provided to increase coefficient of utilization by adding appropriate twist on polyethylene terephthalate yarn of 1 and poly phenylene terephthalamide of 2. A method for manufacturing hybrid dip cord for a radial inflated tire comprises the following steps of: manufacturing pre twisted yarn by adding twist of a S direction of 30 - 200 TPM on polyethylene terephthalate yarns of 1; manufacturing a post twisted yarn by adding twist of Z direction of each 300 - 500 TPM on polyethylene terephthalate yarnsof 2; manufacturing raw cord by adding the pre twisted yarn of 300 - 500 TPM; and dipping the raw cord on a dipping solution. A tire(31) is reinforced by a belt body(38) and a cap ply(39). The belt body includes a cut belt ply(40) consisting of two belt cords(41)(42).
