Class 120(2) Fibre drafting apparatus has individual upper cradles movably mounted on a twin roller shaft and rotatively coupled to each other. The coupling may be through the roller shaft 3, Fig. 1, that may be provided with flats 8 with which members on the cradle 2 associate. The cradles may be retained in posi- tion by a spring. In another embodiment, cradles are rotatably arranged on a shaft by arms 202 but the movement of one cradle relative to the other is restricted by a member 112 clipped to the shaft. A modification has two separate coupling members clipped fast on the shaft. |
