A pulse measuring device is provided to prevent a pulse measuring error regardless of the change of an external magnetic field or the movement of a subject by forming a magnetic shielding unit in a magnetic element. A pulse measuring device includes a soft material(32), a signal processing unit(20) and a coupling unit(10). A magnetic element(30) is formed in one side of a soft material with the predetermined shape. The magnetic element has a magneto-impedance characteristic. An electrode unit is formed in other side of the soft material. The electrode unit is connected to the magnetic element through a connection line. The signal processing unit has the coupling unit with a socket shape. The coupling unit is coupled to or separated from the electrode unit. The signal processing unit processes the sensing signal of the magnetic element into the electric signal for measuring the pulse. The magnetic element has a meander shape. The coupling unit is coupled to the part of the body of the subject.
