A method for preparing oil from germinated grains is provided to discharge harmful materials such as remaining agricultural chemicals, heavy metals, glucide and Aflatoxin by extracting oil from germinated grains. A method for preparing oil from germinated grains comprises the following steps of: selecting grains selected among Sesamum indicum, Perilla frutescens, beans and corns and washing the grains(S10); inputting the washed grains in a germination chamber at 20-40°C and intermittently spraying water to the grains in order to germinate the grains for 10-48 hours(S20); drying the germinated grains at 40-60°C for 9-11 hours(S30); inputting the dried grains in an oven to heat the grains up to 180-200°C and roasting the grains for 10-30 minutes; pulverizing the roasted grains to have 15-25mesh of particle size(S40); and extracting the oil from the grains with a solvent in an extractor at 70-80°C(S60). |
