A transparent electrode and a method thereof are provided to secure conductivity greater than a predetermined degree and high permeability by controlling an aperture ratio. A transparent electrode(100) comprises: a conductive layer(110) coated with a transparent conductive material; and a carbon nanotube pattern layer(120) pattern-formed by carbon nanotube materials to have a plurality of apertures(121). One among the conductive layer and carbon nanotube pattern layer is located on a substrate(10). The other among the conductive layer and carbon nanotube pattern layer is laminated on the one. The apertures having at least one shape among polygon, circle, ellipse and star shapes are arranged to make a latticed-pattern of the carbon nanotube pattern layer. |
