A non-metal plate cutting method and apparatus with partial partially-reinforced beam profile are provided to improve non-metal plate cutting performance by partly deforming energy density of the beam profile of scribe beam. A non-metal plate cutting method with partial partially-reinforced beam profile comprises a step of forming an initial crack on a non-metallic material in the direction desired to cut, a step of forming a scribe line(82) by using scribing laser beam along the estimated line for cutting, and a step of cutting along the scribe line by using breaking laser beam. The scribing laser beam is formed in an elliptic shape in which the part is cut.
