ENTOMOPATHOGENIC LECANICILLIUM ATTENUATUM CNU-23, AND AGENTS AND METHODS FOR CONTROLING GREEN PEACH APHID USING THE SAME

Entomopathogenic lecanicillium attenuatum CNU-23 having excellent extermination capability against myzus persicae is provided to effectively prevent myzus persicae in a cultivation land, thereby improving productivity of farming peaches. Entomopathogenic lecanicillium attenuatum CNU-23(KFCC 1397P) has excellent extermination capability against myzus persicae. A myzus persicae preventing agent comprises the Entomopathogenic lecanicillium attenuatum CNU-23 as an active ingredient, a culture fluid thereof or spore suspension. The spore suspension contains 10^7-10^8/ml of spores. The spore suspension is obtained by shake-cultivating the Entomopathogenic lecanicillium attenuatum CNU-23 in a liquid culture medium containing a surfactant and vegetable oil. The surfactant represents polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate and the vegetable oil is soybean oil.
