A photosensitive composition for forming an electron emitter and the electron emitter using the same are provided to improve the stability and lifetime property of the electron emitter or an electron emitting device. A photosensitive composition for forming an electron emitter(160) comprises boron nitride nanotube and vehicle. The vehicle comprises a photosensitive monomer and photoinitiator. The photosensitive monomer is selected from the group consisting of thermally decomposable acrylate-based monomer, benzophenone-based monomer, acetphenone-based monomer, and thiochitosan-based monomer.
