POLYNUCLEOTIDES FOR DIAGNOSIS OF VITILIGO AND A DIAGNOSTIC METHOD OF VITILIGO USING THEREOF

Polynucleotides for vitiligo diagnosis and a diagnostic method using the same are provided to diagnose vitiligo in an early stage with ease, thereby improving efficiency of treating vitiligo. Polynucleotides for vitiligo diagnosis represents one or more polynucleotides selected from the group consisting of polynucleotides having sequence number of 1 to 3 and complementary polynucleotides thereof. An SNP location of the polynucleotides is 27th base. An allelotype of SNP of the sequence number 1 is AG. The allelotype of SNP of the sequence number 2 is CT. The allelotype of SNP of the sequence number 3 is CT. A method for diagnosing vitiligo comprises the following steps of: isolating a nucleic acid sample from a diagnostic object; obtaining SNP information from the nucleic acid sample; and diagnosing vitiligo using the SNP information.
