A can lid and a can container having the can lid are provided, in which an outlet port can be released by the simple rotating operation of the rotation tab. A can lid comprises: a base plate(21) in which an opening(23) in which the score is carved is formed; a rotation tab which is pivotally combined with the base plate; and a breaking start unit which connects the starting part of score and the rotation tab and in which breaking is started from the starting part of the score when the rotation tab rotates. The breaking start unit includes a breaking protrusion(27) which is protruded to the part in which the score of the base plate is formed and is combined with the rotation tab. The score is formed in order to cover a part of the breaking protrusion.
