An automatic speed control running machine, a control module, and control method for the same are provided, which are able to rapidly follow acceleration and deceleration of a user and can prevent the trip generated due to the load. A running machine comprises: a main body equipped with a running belt supporting a user; a user sensor(3000) detecting the location of the user while being installed at the certain area of the main body; a drive motor(4000) which is combined with the main body and operates the running belt; a motor driving part(6000) providing the first braking power for reducing the speed of rotation of the drive motor to the drive motor; a controller(7000) transmitting the first control signal controlling the speed of the drive motor; and an electrical braking part(8000) providing the second braking power to the drive motor.
