A can lid and a can container including the can lid are provided, which can prevent a safety accident or injury since the tab does not need to be pressurized by force. A can lid comprises: a base plate(21) in which an opening(23) in which the score(22) is carved is formed; a rotation tab(30) pivotally combined with the base plate; and a breaking start unit which connects the starting part of score and the rotation tab and in which breaking is initiated from the starting part of score when the rotation tab rotates. The breaking start unit includes a breaking protrusion(27) which is protruded to the starting part of the score formed in the base plate and is combined with the rotation tab.
