A cooling fan(1) for a construction heavy equipment comprises: a fixed plate(120) fixed at a front center part of the cooling fan hub(10) with a plurality of fixing member; a support stand(121) protruding to the fixed plate center of the front part; and an air impingement prevention member(122) in which the inner side central part is fixed at the support stand leading end. The air impingement prevention member is a conical shape or a hemisphere shape.
