A fusing unit and an image forming apparatus having the same are provided to minimize a line burst phenomenon of a printing medium by electronic-charging the printing medium in reverse polarity. A driving roller(210) is driven by a driver source. At this time, a fusing belt is moved by its tensile force and the friction force between the fusing belt and the driving roller. A pressurizing roller(240) is elastically biased in a direction of a fusing roller(211) by an elastic member(243) to pressurize the printing medium with the driving roller and the fusing roller. A heating roller(220) is heated by a heat source to transmit heat to the fusing belt in order to fuse a toner. A power supply unit(250) applies the power source which has the polarity opposite to the polarity of a toner image. |
