Sheet shampoo and a method for manufacturing the sheet shampoo is provided to use shampoo conveniently by comprising a shampoo composition to a sheet made of non-woven or pulp, and to shorten dry time without the need of rinsing hair or body with water. A method for manufacturing sheet shampoo comprises (i) inserting a sheet made of non-woven or pulp into pouch; (ii) filling a shampoo composition inserted with the sheet in a pouch; and (iii) sealing the pouch filled with the shampoo composition.
