A nanoliposome having atopy cure effect is provided to improve collagen synthesis, anti-inflammatory and atopy cure effect by maximizing the stability, efficacy and absorption rate of Centella asiatica and yarrow extracts. A nanoliposome having atopy cure effect comprises Centella asiatica and yarrow and yarrow extracts. The nanoliposome consists of saturated lecithin 1.0-5.0 weight %, ethanol 1.0-10.0 weight %, squalene 1.0-10.0 weight%, centella asiatica extracts 0.05-1.0 weight %, yarrow extract 0.1-10 weight %, dibutylhydroxytoluene 0.1-0.5 weight %, glycerine 10.0-50.0 weight % and purified water(remaining amount).
