FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic instruments, particularly, to vacuum amplifying SHF devices and may be used, for example, in traveling-wave tubes. SHF device with long-term feedback and operating frequency range from low F1 to high F2 is specific for the delay-line device structure being divided into, at least, one A-type section without gap in disperse characteristic within the operating frequency range F1-F2=öF, and, at least one B-type section having gap in disperse characteristic with reject band F1'-F2'=öF' within the operating frequency range öF and central reject frequency Fc'=(F1'+F2')/2, besides F1'>F1 and F2'<F2. The delay-line structure may be spiral with spring in B-type section being along the longitudinal axis of tube and represented as alternating sections of L1 length with winding angle å1 and/or pace h1 and length L2 with winding angle å2 and/or pace h2. ^ EFFECT: decreasing SHF device amplification factor frequency characteristic drop within operating frequencies, widening operating frequency bands and mitigating own noises from device. ^ 8 cl, 5 dwg |
