CERTIFICATR ISSUING METHOD

A certificate issuing method is provided to improve the accessibility and security of a certificate issuing system by connecting to a server through a terminal to which the strong security technology is applied to receive the original certificate. When the terminal 1(30) of a user requests the issuance of an issuing request confirmation from an issuing relay server(50), the issuing relay server transmits information required for the issuance from an issuing right management module(55) to a certificate issuing server(10) and then is entrusted with the issuing right. A confirmation issuing module(57) makes the terminal 1 output the issuing request confirmation. The contents of the issuing request confirmation and the processed state are recorded in an issuing request confirmation DB(51).
