A portable learning system and a method thereof are provided to improve a learning effect by performing a learning level desired by a user regardless of time and place. A called character delivers information into an image and a sound through a screen and a speaker. A stroke number is arranged on a start point of each stroke of a character. A start point detecting part determines a start of a following writing. A portable learning system determines whether the following writing is deviated from a range of the following writing or not. The portable learning system determines whether the following writing is finished within a termination point detecting part or not, and determines whether the following writing is in stroke order or not. |
