FIELD: engineering industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry, and can be used for vibration insulation of process equipment. Vibration insulator consists of a housing and elastic element made from elastomeric material, which interacts with the object. Housing is made in the form of a base whereto there attached is elastic element made from elastomeric material, which consists of two parts: cylindrical bottom part and conical top part. Cover of the housing envelopes the conical top part of elastic element with a cylindrical shell which is coaxial with both parts of elastic element. The appropriate cylindrical cavity is provided in the conical top part of elastic element for the cover shell. Elastic clamp fixing the thrust threaded bush is riveted to the cover. Fixing stud with conical band having increased hardness is screwed into the bush. The stud fixes vibration-insulated equipment on the thrust bush through the hole made in the vibration-insulated equipment plate with the help of nut. ^ EFFECT: improving vibration insulation efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
