FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application in production of cellulose, in situations, where gas must be separated from cellulose, and cellulose must be liquefied. Method for degasification, injection and liquefaction of cellulose, in which cellulose is sent from the first medium consistency for processing into the second lower consistency. Gas is separated from cellulose in higher consistency compared to mentioned second consistency, cellulose is injected for processing, taking place in the second lower consistency, at the last stage cellulose is liquefied to mentioned second consistency prior to processing in mentioned consistency. Device comprises the first cellulose processing device, from which it is supplied in the first medium consistency, the second cellulose processing device, functioning of which requires the second consistency that is lower than consistency extracted from the first cellulose processing device. Device comprises pump for cellulose transfer into the second cellulose processing device. Device for cellulose degasification in the first consistency and device for cellulose liquefaction to consistency required by the second device for cellulose processing are located between pump and the second device for cellulose processing. ^ EFFECT: efficient removal of gas from cellulose. ^ 20 cl, 5 dwg |
