An elastic body manufacturing method and apparatus are provided to produce desired shapes of elastic bodies with uniform quality and to obtain various shapes of body by changing the mold shape. An elastic body manufacturing method comprises a step of supplying a metal strip, a step of driving a sun gear and a pinion gear at the same time, a step of driving a cam with the generated driving force and repetitively moving a sliding member to a mold, and a step of punching the metal strip, cutting the punched metal strip into the specific size, and processing the cut metal strip into a desired shape.
