DOUBLE LAYERED WATER PERMEABILITY PLAT PROCESS AND THE PREPARATION THEREOF

A multi-layer water permeable flat sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the road from being flooded by improving permeability and to improve appearance by removing the cement from the surface. A multi-layer water permeable flat sheet is composed of a lower layer and a surface layer. The lower layer is comprised of the aggregate of 78~85wt% and the blast-furnace slag cement of 15~22wt%. The surface layer is comprised of the binder of 18~27wt% and the inorganic chloride of 1~2wt%. The thickness of the aggregate is 8~19mm. The binder is comprised of the fly ash and the blast-furnace slag cement.
