FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely, clinical laboratory diagnostics and hepathology. For realisation of the method of diagnostics of liver fibrosis degree at chronic virus hepatitis, the analysis of blood serum is performed and ferritin concentration and iron transferrin saturation (ITS) in blood serum are determined. At concentration of ferritin from 900 to 1200 mkg/l at ITS less than 30%, diagnose 0 degree of fibrosis. At concentration of ferritin from 900 to 1200 mkg/l at 30-45% ITS, diagnose 1-2 degree of fibrosis. At concentration of ferritin more than 2000 mkg/l at 55-70% ITS, diagnose the 3rd degree of fibrosis. At concentration of ferritin less than 800 mkg/l at 25-35% ITS, diagnose the 4th degree of a fibrosis. ^ EFFECT: increase of accuracy of the method and simplification of determination of degree of fibrosis of a liver at CVH. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
