FIELD: furniture industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to furniture production, and more precisely, to production of spring mattresses. Method for manufacture of spring mattress consist in the fact that double-cone springs are reinforced due to insertion of polyurethane foam cups in them. Material that insulates spring unit, soft fillers, upper and lower parts of jacquard coat are stitched to frame of spring unit along perimeter. Material used to insulate spring unit is hard thick felt. Mattress welting is done in parts due to fixation of planes in the top and bottom to frame of spring unit and fixation of side part stretched into side surfaces of mattress, with the help of fringing. ^ EFFECT: improved elastic properties; high orthopaedic properties; improved comfort during sleep. |
