An indene derivative compound is provided to ensure excellent electrical characteristic and to improve driving voltage, efficiency and color purity property. An indene derivative compound has a structure represented by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1 is substituted or unsubstituted C5-C50 arylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C5-C30 heteroarylene group or substituted or unsubstituted alkenylene group; Ar2 is substituted or unsubstituted C5-C15 arylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C5-C15 heteroarylene group, or substituted or unsubstituted C5-C15 alkenylene group; X is hydrogen, halogen, cyano group, hydroxyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 cycloalkyl group, or substituted or unsubstituted C5-C20 heterocycloalkyl group; and Y is a group of the chemical formula 2a-2d.
