The proposed system comprises an electronic control device to control, at least, one parameter containing the data on originating variation in consumed power, a control valve controlled by aforesaid system and feeding air take off the engine operated in transient conditions and a pneumatic device receiving aforesaid taken-off air to actuate the aircraft onboard equipment.
