FIELD: sport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to running ski binding and ski binding for telemark style. First of all, the ski binding is installed on the upper ski surface in the place of mounted plate. The binding is installed so that to adjust position in longitudinal direction and to fix it in each of possible longitudinal positions by means of locking mechanism. The above mentioned mechanism is divided into two locking unit such as self-breaking unit only for the forward direction and the other self-breaking unit only for the backward direction. So, when forward self-breaking unit is unlocked, the ski binding can be moved only forward. On the contrary, when backward self-breaking unit is unlocked, the ski binding can be moved only backwards. ^ EFFECT: invention is easy to use and manufacture not affecting binding reliability. ^ 6 cl, 5 dwg |
