FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and pharmacology, namely, pharmaceutical composition applied at treatment of purulent-destructive processes of a skin and mucosas at external and local application, characterised that it contains tylorone, an emulsion of perfluoroorganic bonds, and as, at necessity, a hydrophylic basis at a certain parity of components. ^ EFFECT: invention provides expansion of a scope of known active substance - tylorone, restoration of tissue immunity and biocenosis of a skin and mucosas at treatment of purulent-destructive processes of a skin, depression of a secondary necrosis of tissues on the amazed sites, microcirculation improvement in the lesion centre, cupping of inflammatory reactions, reduction of an itch maintenance of high therapeutic activity and convenience in use, acceleration and healing improvement. ^ 19 ex, 4 cl |
