Change of intensity of light-dispersion of plant and fruit photosynthesising tissues under impact of quasimonochromatic radiation of, for instance red spectrum region with power density not less than 30 W/m2 is fixed. Conclusion about photosynthetic activity is made on the basis of relative amplitude of light-dispersion intensity difference At= dl/lt during t seconds of exposure, where dl = I1-It difference of light-dispersion intensity at first and t-th second of exposure. Reduction of relative amplitude of light-dispersion intensity difference At testifies to reduction of photosynthetic activity. Exposure duration t is determined preliminarily for particular plant species and power density of probing radiation, and lies within the range from 3 to 3000 seconds. ^ EFFECT: reduction of labour-intensiveness and increase of reliability of determination and comparative estimation of potential photosynthetic activity of photosynthesising tissues of plants. ^ 5 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
