A plural-contract relay method of an automobile third party liability insurance and a driver compensation insurance by using the Internet and a system therefor are provided to considerably prevent the traffic accident by performing the proper compensation for the accident-free and violation-free of traffic regulations maintained for a predetermined period. An insurance subscriber server(10) is connected to an insurance relay server(20). A supporting server(30) supports information of the insurance subscriber server and the task of keeping insurance contents contracted with the insurance subscriber server. An insurance relaying server determines whether a person is subscribed for the insurance service based on the information of the insurance subscriber server, calculates the automobile third party liability insurance bill and driver compensation insurance bill, and then provides the calculated results to the insurance subscriber server. If the insurance subscriber server demands the compensation money, the contracted money is paid. |
