A steam condenser of a red ginseng extractor is provided to remove the need of replacing the funnel type collecting unit whereby the collecting unit is integrally formed in the condensing chamber. A steam condenser of a red ginseng extractor comprises a lower condensing chamber(20) with a joint on a heating vessel(30), a combination assembly(23) which is combined on the top of the lower condensing chamber and in which a funnel type collecting unit including a steam outlet(22) is integrally formed, an upper condensing chamber(10) having a joint(14), in which a lid is combined, on the top, and the lid(11) which hermetically covers the top of the upper condensing chamber and in which a funnel type collecting unit including an air outlet is integrally formed.
