HARQ PROCESSING METHOD CONSIDERING MEASUREMENT GAP

A HARQ processing method considering measurement gap is provided to cope with the time that the HARQ feedback information received time point overlaps with the measuring interval of stopping the link transmission. The uplink acknowledgement signal is received from the base station(S603). The specific uplink signal is transmitted corresponding to the uplink acknowledgement signal to the base station. The terminal is determined whether the measurement interval which does not perform one or more communications among the uplink and down link is set up or not. The feedback information is set up as the positive response or the negative acknowledgement in consideration of the decision result.
