A developer cartridge, a developing device and an image forming apparatus are provided to rotate agitating units, which are installed at a storage space, based on time difference to disperse the load applied to the agitating units, consequently the damage of the agitating units. A power transmission member(320) and a rotating member(330) include position determining units which are a criterion for adjusting a combining position. The position determining unit of the rotating member comprises a position determining hole(334) which passes through the rotational member in an axial direction, and the position determining unit of the power transmission member comprises a position determining hole(325), which passes the power transmission member in an axial direction, at a place where it corresponds to the rotating member. The rotating member includes an elastic part(335) at its circumference, and the power transmission member includes a combining recess(326) at an inner portion of a holding unit by corresponding to the elastic part. |
