A main buck process is provided to reduce the safety accident rate of operator, to secure the wide work space and to increase. A main buck process comprises: a lower part frame fixing step setting up a lower part frame(2) in a jig base(1); a lateral part frame arrangement step positioning a lateral part frame(3) at the lower part frame; a car body fixing equipment arrangement step fixedly arranging a car body fixing equipment(10); a lateral part frame supporting and fixing step fixing the lateral part frame in inside by using the car body fixing equipment; a welding step welding the lower part frame and the lateral part frame with welding machine; and a returning step returning the car body fixing equipment to the initial state.
