FIELD: heating, drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed invention pertains to machine building, to technological equipment, installed in an electroplating line, and is meant for drying small components after washing. The centrifugal drying apparatus contains a body with a perforated drum in the internal cavity. The drum is connected to the drive for its rotation through a shaft. Inside the perforated drum coaxially to it the additional drum with guaranteed radial clearance is installed, which is made detachable and perforated, it is turned bottom to bottom with the main drum and fixed from turning relative to it. Presence of a detachable drum in the technological process of drying components has made it possible to have several drums (detachable), which is loaded with wet components in advance, in order to later quickly mount it into the dryer and reduce due to this part of the preparation and finishing-up time in the cycle of drying components. ^ EFFECT: reduction of part of the preparation and finishing-up time in the cycle of drying components, i.e. acceleration of the process of loading-unloading of components in the drum, simplification of the structure of the dryer and increasing its reliability and durability. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
