FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, arthrology, and can be used for arthralgia treatment. For this purpose from a spongy tissue of bones, adjoining to a sick joint, in a syringe preliminary filled with 0.25-0.5 ml of dexamethasone and 8-10 ml 1% solution of lidocaine, is carried out sampling of 2-4 ml of autoblood. Then this admixture is administered in an intraosteal manner, into a place of an autoblood sampling. ^ EFFECT: increase of the efficiency of blockade and by that - therapeutic efficiency of treatment of arthralgia, at the expense of prolongation of action of components of the admixture. ^ 1 ex |
