A method for enhancing health condition refers to medicine particularly to methods which are used in health improvement centers. Object matter of this invention is to realize blood analysis in connection with foodstuffs and chemical elements intolerance, and following muscular test carried out manually with respect to results of testing intolerance of foodstuffs and chemical elements by simultaneously orientation to these results. During manually testing muscles, there are selected essential oils for decreasing stress component of muscular system tension and performing muscular forms corrections by manual therapy methods. After that the correction is carried out using essential oils and/or by designation of muscle strength training type sanitation procedures.
