A desalter is provided to fast remove salts from Jangachi(slices of radish or cucumber dried and seasoned with soy) while maintaining a taste by controlling the rotation number of a drum and adjusting inner pressure of the desalter. A desalter comprises a main body, a cylindrical drum(30), a motor(42), and a pressurization unit. An opening door(10) hinge(11)-linked with a top face of the main body is used for inputting Jangachi(slices of radish or cucumber dried and seasoned with soy). An upper part(20) of the main body is equipped with a water inlet(21), a water outlet, and an air inlet. A lower part(40) of the main body includes a driving shaft(41). The cylindrical drum having a plurality of through-holes(31) on an outer face is accepted inside the upper part of the main body. |
