An engine driving device of vehicles and a method thereof are provided to shorten the starting time of the engine by performing the injection after charging a fuel line to the high fuel pressure. An engine driving device of vehicles comprises: a fuel pump(13) discharging the fuel of a fuel tank part with the fixed pressure, installed in a fuel tank inside; a fuel opening and closing valve passing the fuel injected from the fuel pump by controlling the opening after setting a starting switch on; a fuel pressure sensor(21) maintaining the target fuel pressure of a fuel line to be supplied; an injector(23) sensing a fuel pressure value; and an engine control unit(31) maintaining the target fuel pressure value of the fuel line based on the fuel pressure of the pressure sensor.
