A method for molding a structure of light diffusion of a diffusion film and an apparatus thereof are provided to achieve light diffusion of a ray and uniformity by generating reflection or diffusion operation. An apparatus for molding a structure of light diffusion of a diffusion film includes the followings. A heating extruding unit(21) extrudes and molds a resin of a paste state melted with heat via a material vent(212). A roller unit(22) is connected to the material vent near the heating extruding unit and including at least one or more molding roller(221) is installed to one side of a diffusion film(B). The heating extruding unit having one more material input(211) is connected with one material input unit(23).
