FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely, laboratory methods of research, and concerns a way of diagnostics of a mephitic gangrene. The way consists in microscopical studying of dried up after drawing on a transparent surface of a drop of an admixture of vulnerary separated with a normal saline sodium chloride solution in the ratio 1:(1-2) which is maintained before research carrying out in a thermostat at 37-37.5C. At presence of vesiculate formations a mephitic gangrene is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: maintenance of high accuracy of diagnostics of mephitic gangrene and possibility reception to modify medicamental treatment. ^ 2 ex, 3 dwg |
