FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes feeding from jet of soluble lubricating oil emulsion, consisting of mixture of rolling oil and water, into roll throat from entering side of rolling mill. It is measured or estimated pressure in lubricating jet, it is managed pressure in lubricating jets in any rolling mill, where it is exhibited a tendency of overlubrication feeding with usage of specified soluble lubricating oil emulsion, at level 0.5 MPa or more, at that lubricating oil is fed into roll throat co from entering side of rolling mill by means of straight injection, while pressure in jet itself is equal to pressure in jet tube. ^ EFFECT: stable rolling excluding thermal scratch or slippage, efficient production and improving of lubricating oil rate of use while cold rolling. ^ 7 cl, 7 dwg, 8 ex |
