A printed circuit board and a display device having the same are provided to prevent a connection pad from being separated from an insulating layer by forming a plurality of holes and a plurality of support patterns around the connection pad. A printed circuit board includes an insulating layer(130) and a support layer(140). A plurality of holes(126) are formed in the insulating layer. The support layer is formed in the upper side of the insulating layer. The support layer includes a first connection pad(142A) and a support pattern(144). The connector is attached to the support layer. The support layer is extended to the lower surface of the insulating layer by passing through the plurality of holes. The support layer supports the connector. The plurality of holes form a plurality of rows in a direction parallel to the side of the plurality of connectors. The plurality of rows includes a first row and a second row which are arranged to cross over each other. The number of the first row is different from the number of the second row.
