A method for manufacturing a composition of bio fuel is provided to dissolve pollution problems and to use the bio fuel for vehicles. A composition of bio fuel includes 38 weight% of light oil, 11 weight% of petroleum, 1 weight% of sesame oil and a mixture of grapestone oil, 1 weight% of vegetable extract, and 11 weight% of boiled water. A method for manufacturing a composition of bio fuel includes the following steps of: boiling lard, sesame oil, grapestone oil, and alcohol in water for a minute; adding the petroleum and the light oil in the water; and adding the vegetable extract in the water.
