FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, ophthalmosurgery. A pterygium head is influenced by an impulsive laser beam through a probe with "open fiber". Thus influence is carried out with a wavelength of laser radiation - 810 nanometers, power of laser radiation - 2.5-3.0 W, frequency of following of impulses 0.1-0.4-1 sec, duration of impulse - 0.15-0.2 seconds. ^ EFFECT: increase of the efficiency of treatment of pterygium at the expense of traumatism decrease to operation, asepticity, seamless carrying out of operation, and also at the expense of reduction of quantity of relapses of pterygium. ^ 1 dwg, 2 ex |
