A method for preparing soap using salicornia herbacea and white lotus is provided to ensure excellent deodorizing effects for fishes or meat with raw materials easy to find through simple processes. A method for preparing soap using salicornia herbacea and white lotus comprises the following steps of: inputting salicornia herbacea and Lentinus edodes in a vessel with water to age the salicornia herbacea and Lentinus edodes for a predetermined period to obtain an aged liquid of salicornia herbacea; inputting white lotus and Lentinus edodes in a vessel with water to age the white lotus and Lentinus edodes for a predetermined period to obtain an aged liquid of white lotus; and mixing the aged liquid of salicornia herbacea to the aged liquid of white lotus and aging a mixture of the aged liquid of salicornia herbacea and the aged liquid of white lotus for a predetermined period to obtain a liquid composition.
