FEED ADDITIVES FOR REPLACING ANTIBIOTICS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF

A feed additive for producing chemical-free meat using medicinal herbs is provided to increase the contents of unsaturated fatty acid and amino acid so as to prevent adult diseases and promote child growth. A method for preparing a feed additive comprises the following steps of: drying medicinal herbs at a temperature of 30°C~40°C to contain less than 10% of moisture; pulverizing the dried medicinal herbs in a pulverizer with 5mm of mesh net while air-cooling the dried medicinal herbs; re-pulverizing the pulverized medicinal herbs in a pulverizer with 0.3mm of mesh net while air-cooling the pulverized medicinal herbs; adding 0.01~2.0wt% of feed additive to a general compound feed to obtain poultry feed.
